Witness Summons to Produce

Records provided to the Court electronically in response to a witness summons to produce a record or thing, should be provided in a format approved by the Court. Please refer to Part Two of Submitting Electronic Evidentiary Material in Western Australian Courts and Tribunals for a list of approved formats.

If a record is in a format not listed, an email should be sent to centraloffice@justice.wa.gov.au to confirm whether the format can be accepted by the Court.
