Neville John Owen was appointed to the Court in February 1991. He was appointed a judge of the Court of Appeal which commenced on 1 February, 2005.
Justice Owen was educated by the Marist Brothers at St Ildephonsus College, New Norcia. In 1968 he graduated from the University of Western Australia with the degree LLB (Hons).
